These shades are a guide. Once we’ve seen the wall and agreed the render system, we’ll go through the colours that system comes in.

Not sure what suits your house? Give us a ring and we’ll talk it through.

For developers and contractors

New-build rendering for developers and main contractors.

Most of our work is on new-build developments, rendering several plots at a time for developers and main contractors.

We’ve worked as subcontractors on developer sites and for another rendering firm in Weston.

Spraying the render by machine keeps the coat even and the finish consistent from the first plot to the last, and it covers large areas faster than applying it by hand.

Send us the site, the number of plots and the render system on the spec, and we’ll talk it through.

Render systems and finishes

Render: the outside plaster that keeps the weather out.

There’s no single right render for every wall. These are the main types and what each one does, and we’ll advise on the right system for yours.

Sand and cement render

The traditional render, mixed on site, built up in coats and then painted. It’s common on older houses and garden walls, and it needs repainting over the years.

Monocouche render

A cement-based render with the colour mixed right through it, applied as one coat. It’s usually scraped back to a fine, stone-like texture, and it doesn’t need painting.

Silicone and acrylic render

A thin, coloured top coat over a mesh-reinforced base coat. Both resist cracking, and silicone also sheds rain and dirt while letting the wall breathe, so it stays cleaner for longer.

Roughcast and dash

Roughcast has small stones mixed into the final coat. Dry dash has them thrown onto it while it’s still wet. Both are hard-wearing and suit walls that take the weather.

Tell us what the wall is built from and the look you’re after, and we’ll recommend the right system and finish.
